This Site is operated by Damsel in Defense and maintained by INVISUS, LLC, and is hosted on INVISUS, LLC’s server / the server of Damsel in Defense’s third-party technology provider. The information you submit on this site is sent to / accessed by Damsel in Defense, INVISUS, LLC and the Independent Damsel Pro to whom you are purchasing a service from (except as set forth in this privacy policy). DID, Inc., a company incorporated under the laws of the State of Idaho, U.S.A., (referred to herein as "Damsel in Defense," "we," "us" and "our") understands the importance of privacy of individuals (referred to as "users" and "you"). This privacy notice outlines the personal information Damsel in Defense may collect and how Damsel in Defense will use and disclose that information. Damsel in Defense and INVISUS, LLC is the sole owner of the information collected on our websites and on the replicated Damsel in Defense websites that we provide for use by Independent Damsel Pro (hereafter the "websites"). We collect information from customers and visitors to the websites at different points on the websites.|

Damsel in Defense and INVISUS, LLC DOES NOT share personally identifiable information except with contracted service providers as may be necessary to process orders and/or returns and obtain payment. We also provide personally identifiable information to the Independent Damsel Pro and/or to governmental agencies as required pursuant to law.

Sales Information

If you make a purchase from an Independent Damsel Pro through this Site, we will provide the Independent Damsel Pro to whom this Site is assigned with your name, contact information, a description of the item(s) purchased, and the sales volume associated with the purchase. No other personally identifiable information will be shared with the Independent Damsel Pros.

Business Transitions

In the event Damsel in Defense goes through a business transition, such as a merger, being acquired by another company, or selling a portion of its assets, the personal information of Independent Damsel Pros and customers will, in most instances, be part of the assets transferred. If as a result of the business transition, an Independent Damsel Pro’s or customer’s personally identifiable information will be used in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection, the Independent Damsel Pro or customer will be given choice consistent with our notification of changes section.

Legally Required Law Enforcement, Judicial and Administrative Agency Disclosures

Damsel in Defense will provide confidential and personally identifiable information as necessary to comply with judicial and administrative orders, subpoenas, Civil or Criminal Investigative Demands, Administrative and Regulatory Demands and other legal obligations. In order for Damsel in Defense to conduct business in certain jurisdictions, Damsel in Defense must disclose certain personally identifiable and confidential information to regulatory authorities in such jurisdictions. Such information may include, but is not limited to, income information and personally identifiable information.


Special Offers and Updates

Damsel in Defense and INVISUS, LLC may send all new customers a welcoming email and monthly emails regarding the Digital Damsel Service purchased.

Service Announcements

On rare occasions it is necessary to send out a strictly service related announcement. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance we might send customers an email. Generally, customers may not opt-out of these communications, though they can deactivate their account. However, these communications are not promotional in nature.

Independent Damsel Pro and Customer Service

Damsel in Defense and INVISUS, LLC communicates with Independent Damsel Pros and customers via email, regular mail and telephone on a regular basis to provide requested services and in regards to issues relating to their Digital Damsel Service. Damsel in Defense and INVISUS, LLC communicates with customers with respect to products or services purchased by such customers from Damsel in Defense. Such communications may be by email, regular mail or telephone. Damsel in Defense also communicates with Independent Damsel Pros through leaving messages in Independent Damsel Pros’ Virtual-Offices.

Though Damsel in Defense and INVISUS, LLC makes every effort to preserve user privacy, Damsel in Defense and INVISUS, LLC may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a law enforcement action, a subpoena, warrant, court order or legal process served on Damsel in Defense and INVISUS, LLC, or where such disclosure is legally required (by statute, regulation, or ordinance) in order for Damsel in Defense conduct business in certain jurisdictions.
